Stockport County have announced a new commercial partnership with local business Mintro for the 2026/27 season. The Stockport-based retailer, which specialises in pre-owned tech and jewellery, has signed on as a Silver LED Partner.
Commercial Sales Director Ryan Green welcomed the deal, which will see Mintro receive exclusive matchday promotion on the pitch side LED screens at Edgeley Park. "I’m delighted to welcome Mintro on board as a new partner for the 26/27 season," Green said. "This is an exciting partnership with an ambitious Stockport based business."
Mintro founder James Moore, a lifelong County supporter, highlighted the shared values between the club and his company. "Stockport is my hometown and County is my local club," Moore said. "I scored goals at Edgeley Park as a kid, and now the business I built has eight stores and forty staff across the Northwest and Yorkshire. We are a company built on community and value, principles I see every day at County."
The partnership reinforces the club's strategy of collaborating with innovative hometown businesses. It comes as the team enjoys a strong start to the League One season, sitting fifth in the table with 13 points from their opening seven games. The Hatters' next fixture is a home match against Barnsley at Edgeley Park. The deal with Mintro runs for the entirety of the current campaign.
