Dodgson can play as a left-back, left wing-back or in a defensive midfield role. "Mansfield are a club which has progressed year-upon-year in recent seasons and after speaking with the gaffer it was a really straight forward decision to join until the end of the season," Dodgson told Mansfield's website.
